As part of the Lincoln Commitment®, you will receive 24/7 Roadside Assistance in Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, UAE, Bahrain, Oman, Qatar, Lebanon, Syria and Jordan. Coverage begins from the warranty start date and lasts four years or 80,000 km, whichever occurs first. The services available are:
- Towing services are available to the nearest qualified Lincoln dealer (up to a US$150 limit). If you request to be towed to a Lincoln dealer from the disablement location that exceeds the US$150 limit, you are responsible for any mileage costs that go beyond that amount.
- Flat tire change (replacement of flat tire with a usable spare available in vehicle), battery jump start, lock out assistance (key replacement is the customer’s responsibility), fuel delivery (enough fuel will be provided so that the vehicle can reach the nearest service station).

Vehicle Warranty
Every new Lincoln vehicle carries a Ford Motor Company New Vehicle Limited Warranty with Bumper-to-Bumper coverage against defects in materials or workmanship for 4 years or 80,000 kilometers, whichever comes first.
In addition to the Bumper-to-Bumper coverage, all Lincoln vehicles are also covered by a 6 year or 110,000 kilometers Extended Powertrain Limited Warranty. It does not require a deductible and is fully transferable to future owners at no cost.
For a detailed description of what is covered by your vehicle’s New Vehicle Limited Warranty, refer to the Warranty Guide that is provided to you along with your Owner’s Guide.
Lincoln Complimentary Maintenance
Lincoln covers all normal scheduled maintenance as outlined in your Scheduled Maintenance Guide for 3 years or 60,000 km (whichever occurs first) of ownership on all vehicles sold in the Middle East. Coverage begins with the original in-service date (warranty start date) and zero mileage. Service is offered at 8,000 kilometer or 6 months (whichever comes first). In addition to the no-charge maintenance coverage, six additional wear items are covered. Wear item coverage extends for 3 years or 60,000 km, whichever comes first for the following items: spark plugs, shock absorbers, engine belts and hoses, brake pads and linings, and wiper blades.
